The Naga Affairs Through Expert Analysis

The International Council of Naga Affairs (ICNA) is an independent, and nonpartisan intelligence publication based in the Netherlands that publishes analyses and insightful opinions on Naga and related regional affairs such as the economy, defense and security, environment, politics, trade, and public policy. On the ICNA Web-Only Features publishing platform, an ICNA team of experts will provide a unique Perspective | Analysis | Forecasting that has a substantive impact on political, defense & security (including military), trade and economic affairs, and will help better understand policy options confronting Naga and regional related affairs.

The ICNA will provide a briefing on the overall broad situational status of the Naga Affairs, but it will not take institutional/organizational positions on policy issues. We aim to initiate a discussion about Naga Affairs and the related regional issues to understand different policy choices better.
